Boot Camp Saturdays

Boot Camp Saturdays

Our Boot Camp class provides young actors with a place to really dig into the work. Using Shurtleff’s 12 Guideposts, along with other techniques, the student learns to make active, bold choices. By exercising imagination, self awareness and risk taking, young actors will build confidence in their work.

MORNINGS

In the morning classes we use theater exercises, improv, and scene work to teach and reinforce the primary concepts of relationship, conflict, and action. The kids in Section A will work with neutral scenes, scene building and simple scenes. The teens in Section B will be challenged with scene study from dramatic contemporary plays.
